Targeting shallow fish near the dam elite angler Jackie Davis used a stickbait and spinner bait to bring in 32.21 pounds to win the Megaware KeelGuard Open on Lake of the Ozarks. Davis’ two day total included the second big bass of the event a 5.99 pound largemouth. For his efforts Davis took home $3550 in total winnings.

Second place went to Jimmy Davis Jr. with 29.91 pounds. Davis also targeted shallow fish on the lower end of the lake but used a jig to catch his fish.  Jimmy’s two day total included the big bass for the event a 7.01 largemouth. Davis Jr. took home $2400 for his efforts over the weekend.

Earl Garrison took third place with a two day total of 26.78. Garrison won $1650 including the Megaware KeelGuard incentive.

Rick Scarberry captured fourth and took home the Tracker Rewards money for the event.
